GENERAL INFO✿ You are purchasing a digital file only, not a physical print.
✿ Please make sure to stay in touch between the time of payment and receiving the final piece.
✿ I will begin working on your commission only after payment has been received.
✿ I reserve the right to decline any commission if I’m not comfortable with the request.
✿ Please be patient, I’m a Master’s student and do art in my free time. Depending on my schedule, energy, or artistic motivation, it might take up to a month to complete your commission. I take this time to ensure the quality of art meets my standards.

✿ OCs⸻WHAT I DON'T AGREE TO DRAW:✿ NSFW (unless we already know each other)
✿ Themes that include visible self-harm, religion, terrorism, non-consensual content, or anything radical or culturally sensitive
✿ Any kind of hateful or discriminatory content towards a person, group, or religion
✿ Senior (elderly) characters
✿ Mechas or heavily armored characters
✿ Real-life children
✿ NSFW involving real people or canonical minors
✿ Realism or hyperrealism
⸻PAYMENT METHOD (non-commercial use)✿ Please double check the commission catalogue to confirm the correct amount before payment.
✿ I will send an invoice (instead of accepting direct transfers) to help avoid accidental payments and for proper tax documentation.
✿ If payment is not received within 48 hours of invoice issuance, your slot will be forfeited.
✿ If any add-ons are needed during the commission process, I will DM you with details first. Upon your approval, I’ll issue a separate PayPal invoice for the additional cost.⸻WORKING METHOD✿ Once I finish the sketch, I’ll send it to you. This is the best time to request changes or fix any errors. No charge for edits at this stage; your satisfaction is important to me!
✿ After the sketch is approved, major changes will incur an extra cost depending on the stage of completion (lineart, color, rendering, etc.) and the size of the revision. Color edits are always free.
✿ You’ll receive another WIP (work-in-progress) update during the coloring stage, where you can request color changes if needed.
✿ You’re always welcome to check in on the status of your commission. I’ll happily send you a progress shot: just note that mid-process images might not reflect the final rendering quality.
✿ Once your commission is complete, you’ll receive a full-resolution image via email, along with a smaller version for sharing (my signature will remain on both). If you plan to repost, please credit me and use the smaller file.⸻COPYRIGHT LAWSAs the artist, I retain full rights to the artwork.
✿ I may upload the final piece publicly (e.g., on social media or my portfolio).As the commissioner, you may:
✿ Repost the artwork with proper credit to my social media or website (non-profit purposes only).
✿ Print or create personal merch using the artwork for your own use only (not for sale).
✿ Use it as a profile picture, header, or general decoration for your online accounts.You may not:
✿ Remove my signature/watermark or claim the artwork as your own.
✿ Use the artwork for commercial purposes without my explicit permission.
✿ Edit, modify, trace, or re-upload the artwork without consent.⸻REFUNDSPlease DM me about any issues or changes as early as possible.✿ If I cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund.
✿ If you cancel before the sketch is done, you’ll get a full refund.
✿ If you cancel after the sketch is complete, you’ll get 50% back.
✿ If you cancel after coloring, you’ll receive a 10% refund.
✿ I retain the right to re-use the sketch of a cancelled commission for future work.
